
Streaming Policy
If you want to offer Stream Services, including Streams and Calls, on the Lambo Platform, you must read and agree to be bound by these policies for Online Streamers ("Streaming Policy").
Capitalized terms (including the term "Lambo") used but not defined in this Streaming Policy have the meanings ascribed to such terms in our Terms of Service (the "Lambo Terms"). Lambo complies with international sanctions laws and does not provide Lambo Services to users or entities in restricted or sanctioned territories, as determined by applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not accept this Streaming Policy in full, you are not authorized to provide Stream Services on the Lambo Platform and you are not eligible to receive any benefits from Lambo for any Stream Services you provide. By offering Stream Services on the Lambo Platform, you expressly agree to abide by this Streaming Policy and any future updates. Failure to comply with this Streaming Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the Lambo Platform.
This Streaming Policy is designed to encourage the highest standards of Online Streamer behavior in their relationships with Customers by setting clear expectations, and to provide the principles to guide Online Streamers in their daily conduct when providing Stream Services and interacting with Customers. However, our Online Streamers come from all over the world and are thus accustomed to a variety of different cultural norms. As a result, this Streaming Policy attempts to adopt universally accepted standards of respect and tolerance. This Streaming Policy does not attempt to address every potential situation that could arise when Online Streamers interact with Customers on the Lambo Platform, but instead provides principles for ethical and professional behavior that can serve as guidance regarding Lambo expectations.
Lambo is not responsible for the content shared or streamed by Online Streamers and does not monitor or moderate such content. Online Streamers are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with this Streaming Policy and applicable laws.
Lambo reserves the right to update this Streaming Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review updates regularly and ensure your compliance with the latest version of the Streaming Policy.
This Streaming Policy is a part of the Lambo Terms and is subject to the same governing law and jurisdiction provisions as outlined therein.
1. Online Streamer Registration and Service Description
1.1. Online Streamer Registration
To become an "Online Streamer", on the Lambo Platform, you must complete a registration process. During registration, you are required to provide the following information:
- ― Full name
- ― Date of birth
- ― Username
- ― Country
- ― Telephone number
- ― Email address
Please note that registration as an Online Streamer may be subject to applicable territorial or age restrictions.
This information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Anyone meeting the basic registration requirements can register as an Online Streamer and begin offering "Stream Services", which include Streams (real-time sessions) and one-on-one Calls. Stream Services are accessible to all registered users, whether they wish to stream, watch streams, or make and receive calls.
Online Streamers are responsible for ensuring that their service descriptions and interactions comply with Lambo Policies, including this Streaming Policy, and applicable laws. Lambo reserves the right to update registration requirements in the future, such as implementing additional verification processes or additional data collection measures for enhanced user trust and compliance.
1.2. Stream Services Description
All Online Streamers must create a clear and accurate description of their Stream Services on the Lambo Platform. When creating the description of your Stream Services, you agree to the following:
- 1. Provide a concise and truthful description of your Streams or Calls, including key details such as the purpose of the service, your name, nickname, or alias (as applicable), and the price of the service. The description must relate exclusively to the Stream Services offered on the Lambo Platform
- 2. Do not offer services with the intent to commit fraud, provide services other than those outlined in your description, or offer any services in exchange for positive feedback or at no cost.
- 3. Communication during Streams and Calls must comply with all applicable Lambo Policies.
- 4. Recording, sharing, or distributing any content from Streams or Calls is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by Lambo. Sharing screenshots, photos, videos, or messages from personalized interactions on the Lambo Platform is also prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- 5. Online Streamers are solely responsible for ensuring that all interactions during Streams and Calls comply with this Streaming Policy and applicable laws.
2. Stream Services Guidelines

Streams and Calls must begin at the scheduled time. If a Stream or Call does not start within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered canceled.

A Stream or Call begins only when the Online Streamer initiates the session. The Online Streamer is responsible for physically ending the session when the scheduled time or agreed duration is reached.

3. Adherence to schedule:
The actual duration of Streams and Calls should match the scheduled or agreed-upon duration. In cases of significant discrepancies between the stated and actual duration:

- ― For ticketed Streams (fixed price): Refunds for unused time may be considered, subject to Lambo’s review of customer complaints.
- ― For per-minute Streams and Calls: Charges will reflect only the actual time used.
4. Professionalism and communication:
Online Streamers are expected to communicate clearly with Customers, including reminding them when the session is about to end.

2.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
1. Cancellation policy:
- ― For ticketed Streams (fixed price): If an Online Streamer cancels a scheduled Stream, all Customers will receive a full refund.
- ― For per-minute Streams and Calls: Cancellations made prior to the start of the session will not incur any charges.

- ― For ticketed Streams (fixed price): Rescheduling is not permitted. Online Streamers must cancel the Stream and issue refunds.
- ― For per-minute Streams and Calls: Rescheduling is allowed, provided that the Online Streamer notifies Customers and Lambo in advance through the Lambo Platform.
3. Penalties for cancellations and delays:
Repeated cancellations (more than three times) or delays (more than five times) may result in penalties, including but not limited to account suspension, reduced visibility in search results, or termination of Online Streamer status.

2.3. Payment and Feedback
After providing any Stream Services, you agree to use the payment infrastructure facilitated by Lambo to handle all financial transactions related to your Stream Services. The details of all payments, including applicable fees and commissions, will be transparently displayed in your Online Streamer Wallet (as defined in the Lambo Payment Policy).
2.4. Additional Guidelines
You also agree the following additional guidelines in connection with providing your Stream Services on the Lambo Platform:
- 1. Maintain the privacy of Lambo Customers pursuant to the Lambo Privacy Policy, including refraining from requesting any personally identifiable information from Customers, such as birth date, age, government issued identification number, phone number, or home address;
- 2. Maintain the privacy of your own personal information, including details related to your Online Streamer Wallet;
- 3. Maintain records of all invoices and payments in connection with your Stream Services. Online Streamers must not engage in any financial or service-related transactions with Customers outside the Lambo Platform, as such actions are considered a breach of this Streaming Policy and may result in account suspension or termination;
- 4. Cooperate with Lambo in any anti-fraud actions and in resolving any disputes; and
- 5. Report any violation of the Lambo Terms or any other Lambo Policies.
3. Stream Services Standards
3.1. Be Culturally Sensitive
Respect the values and traditions of your Customers. Unless specifically requested by the Customer, please avoid asking about the following:
- 1. Your Customer’s personal life. For example, do not ask a Customer whether he or she is married, or whether he or she has a girlfriend or boyfriend.
- 2. Your Customer’s political affiliations. For example, do not ask a Customer whether he or she supports a particular political party or ideological view.
- 3. Your Customer’s religious affiliations. For example, do not ask a Customer if he or she believes in God or identifies with a particular religious group.
If a Customer expresses discomfort with any topic, you must immediately discontinue the conversation on that subject.
3.2. Be Patient and Polite
Since Customers come from different backgrounds, it is important to be patient and polite. Be encouraging, not discouraging
- 1. Do not berate, yell at, or insult a Customer.
- 2. Do not use rude or offensive language with a Customer. Instead, use respectful language and speak to Customers with professional courtesy.
- 3. Do not make discriminatory remarks or engage in behavior based on a Customer's race, ethnicity, gender, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- 4. Do not lose your temper with a Customer.
If you are not sure that whether you are able to handle a situation with composure, you are welcome to contact Lambo customer service for help, or to suggest that a Customer contact Lambo customer service to resolve an issue.
In case of disagreement or conflict, strive to de-escalate the situation calmly and professionally. If resolution is not possible, involve Lambo customer service.
4. Violation of this Streaming Policy
You are expected to provide Stream Services, including Streams and Calls, in a manner that upholds the service standards described above and ensures a consistently high level of Customer satisfaction. If a Customer files a complaint or a dispute arises due to your breach of this Streaming Policy, you may be held responsible for any refunds or compensation determined necessary by Lambo.
You are in breach of this Streaming Policy if you:
- 1. Fail to deliver any Stream Services, including Streams or Calls, for which payment was accepted;
- 2. Fail to make reasonable efforts to resolve a dispute with a Customer;
- 3. Consistently create unacceptable levels of Customer dissatisfaction;
- 4. Violate any Lambo Terms or Lambo Policies; or
- 5. Engage in illegal activities during Streams, Calls, or in connection with the Lambo Platform.
Actions Lambo May Take:
Lambo reserves the right to take any of the following actions at any time, at its sole discretion:
- 1. Cancel your listed Stream Services, including Streams or Calls;
- 2. Adjust your Online Streamer Wallet balance, including withholding or redistributing funds to address refunds or complaints, and/or freeze or suspend your Online Streamer Wallet;
- 3. Suspend or terminate your Lambo Account; or
- 4. Notify law enforcement or pursue legal remedies in cases of illegal activities.
These actions are necessary to maintain the integrity of the Lambo Platform, ensure compliance with policies, and protect Customers and other Members.
5. Online Streamer Content
The terms of this section regarding Online Streamer Content applies to all Online Streamers providing Stream Services on the Lambo Platform, in addition to the terms of Section 9 (Member Content) of the Lambo Terms.
5.1. Online Streamer Content Ownership
Any articles, video or any other materials used in your Stream Services or submitted to the Lambo Platform in connection with your Stream Services (the "Online Streamer Content"), constitute Member Content. As a result, pursuant to this section and Section 9 (Member Content) of the Lambo Terms, you own the copyright to your Online Streamer Content, and Lambo does not claim any ownership rights in any Online Streamer Content.
5.2. Customer License to Online Streamer
You hereby grant each Customer who purchases your Stream Services a right to view your Online Streamer Content that you use in providing your Stream Services to such Customers for personal and noncommercial purposes. This license is limited to use within the Lambo Platform and does not grant Customers any rights to use the content outside of the Lambo Platform. Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing your Online Streamer Content without your prior written consent. You acknowledge that all of the representations, warranties, license grants and other provisions contained in Section 9 (Member Content) of the Lambo Terms apply to all of your Online Streamer Content that you submit to the Lambo Platform.
5.3. Lambo License to Online Streamer Content
In addition to the license you grant to Lambo to use, view, copy, modify, distribute, publish and otherwise exploit your Member Content (including your Online Streamer Content) pursuant to Section 9 (Member Content) of the Lambo Terms, you hereby grant Lambo a license to use your Online Streamer Content (including your Streams) and information about your Stream Services in marketing, advertising and promotion of the Lambo Platform in any medium.
You also grant Lambo the right to use your profile name as part of our marketing, advertising and promotion of the Lambo Platform.
6. Prohibitions
In addition to complying with the restrictions regarding improper use of the Lambo Platform described in Section 10 (Restrictions) of the Lambo Terms, you agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable Customers or other Online Streamers to:
- 1. Provide or post false, misleading, inaccurate, or plagiarized information on the Lambo Platform, including in your Online Streamer profile, content, Stream history, and feedback.
- 2. Fail to establish or maintain your Lambo Online Streamer profile to ensure that it contains complete, accurate, and updated information.
- 3. Provide your Stream Services for free or in exchange for positive feedback or ratings from Customers.
- 4. Provide your Online Streamer Service, including offering and providing Streams or Calls, to any "fake" Customers who use Lambo Accounts created by yourself or any third party to artificially inflate your Stream counts or ratings.
- 5. Advertise or promote third-party streaming services.
- 6. Encourage or allow Customers to work with you outside of the Lambo Platform or accept payment outside of the Lambo Platform. If a Customer asks you to provide Stream Services outside of the Lambo Platform, please remind the Customer that Streams and Calls must be paid for through the Lambo Platform. You can report the Customer or contact Lambo customer support.
In the event that you violate the prohibitions set forth in this section, Lambo reserves the right to immediately suspend or deactivate your Lambo Account. Lambo may also withhold any pending payments, and you may lose access to your Streams or Calls on the Lambo Platform.
If you believe that others have violated these prohibitions, or if you are not sure whether any specific actions would violate these prohibitions, please contact Lambo customer support immediately. You are responsible for ensuring that any third parties acting on your behalf comply with this Streaming Policy. Violations by third parties authorized by you will be considered your own.
